The Answer is Bergamot (also know as Bee Balm and Monarda didyma).
Here is some additional information about Bergamot.
Bee Balm likes a lot of room and a site where the breezes can blow. The clumps
need to be divided frequently, first thing in the spring or early fall. Toss out the centre of the clump. Plant these new shoots a little deeper than before in the best possible earth. Bergamot likes the sun or partial shade. Tea can be made from the leaves.
