Seniors & Weights
A 7 week program designed for those age 55+. It will help to get you started and keep you going on a fitness program using weights. Individual health concerns and goals taken into account when designing personalized programs. Monday and Thursday 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. New group starts the first Monday of each month. Cost: included for members, $50 for non-member.
Wellness Workshops
Guest speakers will cover a variety of health and fitness topics. Watch the bulletin boards for the monthly workshop details. Such topics as: Effective Muscle Mass Strengthening, Fibromyalgia will be covered.

Gentle Yoga
A gentle approach to yoga. Bring a cushion and towel.
Monday and Thursday 12:00 - 1:15, Jan. 15 - Mar. 8 ($50), Mar. 19 - June 7 ($75)

Aquafit
A 30 minute class set at a beginner to intermediate pace
M/T/W/F 1:30 - 2:00

Aquabics
A 45 minute class set at an intermediate to advanced pace
M/W/F 9 - 9:45 a.m. and 11-11:45 a.m.
M/W 8 - 8:45 p.m.

Aquacircuit
Adds variety and interest as it challenges beginner to advanced participants
Thursday 1:30 - 2 p.m.

Body Works
Muscular endurance for toning of the abdominals, buttocks, lets and upper body. section on strengthening the core muscles of the body. Physio ball, hand weights and tubing may be used.

Stretch and Stabilize
A gentle easy to follow stretch class to help increase flexibility, improve joint mobility and core stability. Suitable for any fitness level

Bridge
Recreational intermediate bridge. Please pre-register.
